Kelayakan
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Familiar with administrative operation and be able to take minutes of meetings.
- Knowledge in current issues affecting business and industries will be added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Preferred candidate with local/international NGO’s working experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide comprehensive support services to the Secretariat to ensure outstanding communication and response in various issues related to businesses.
- Support the Secretariat with internal and external communication.
- Conduct research and analysis on potential sponsors and corporate partners to the ACCCIM.
- Support in strategic communication, organizational strategy and all other assigned special projects.
- Maintain quality filing and communication system, including contact management, document management and archiving.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
- Carry out any other duties as may be directed by the Head of Department.
